CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which service requests made through the official online portal for Septic Tank Cleaning Services under the FSTP (Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant) Project within the jurisdiction of Ramnagar-I Block may be cancelled.

All service bookings made through this portal shall be subject to the conditions mentioned herein.

Cancellation by Applicant

Applicants may request cancellation of a booked septic tank cleaning service subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to confirmation or scheduling of the service.
• Requests received after confirmation or commencement of service execution may not be considered for cancellation.
• Cancellation requests must be made through the official portal or by contacting the concerned administrative office.

Cancellation of service shall be processed only after verification by the competent authority.

Cancellation by Authority

The concerned authority reserves the right to cancel any service request under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
• Non-availability of service personnel or equipment.
• Administrative or operational constraints.
• Inaccessibility of service location.
• Any unforeseen or force majeure conditions affecting service delivery.

In such cases, eligible refund of payment shall be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy of the portal.

Non-Cancellable Cases

• Service delivery has already been initiated.
• Cleaning equipment or personnel have been deployed to the service location.
• The delay in service execution is due to circumstances beyond administrative control.

Approval of Cancellation

All cancellation requests shall be subject to scrutiny and approval by the competent authority of the Ramnagar-I Block Administration.

The decision of the competent authority regarding acceptance or rejection of cancellation requests shall be final and binding.

This Cancellation Policy is subject to revision as per Government rules and administrative guidelines issued from time to time.
