PRICING AND PAYMENT BREAKDOWN

This section outlines the pricing structure and payment components applicable for availing Septic Tank Cleaning Services under the FSTP (Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant) Project within the jurisdiction of Ramnagar-I Block, Government of West Bengal.

All service charges payable through this portal are determined in accordance with administrative guidelines approved by the competent Government authority for implementation of sanitation services.

Service Charges

The total amount payable by the applicant for septic tank cleaning services may include the following components:

• Desludging / Cleaning Service Charge
  Applicable for septic tank cleaning based on tank size, volume, and service requirements.
• Transportation Charge
  Applicable for transportation of faecal sludge from the service location to the designated FSTP facility.
• Operational and Maintenance Charge
  Applicable for use of equipment, manpower, and service deployment.
• Administrative Processing Fee
  Applicable for processing of service requests and monitoring under the FSTP Project.
• Online Payment Gateway Charges
  Applicable for transactions made through digital payment methods.
• Applicable Government Taxes (if any)
  Levied as per prevailing Government norms and regulations.

Payment Procedure

• The total payable amount shall be displayed to the applicant prior to final submission of the online payment.
• Applicants are required to verify all booking details before proceeding with payment.
• Upon successful payment, a confirmation of booking shall be generated through the system.

Mode of Payment

Payments can be made through the following online methods:

• Net Banking
• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• UPI / Digital Payment Options

Cash payment facility is not available through this online portal.

Payment Confirmation

After successful completion of the transaction:

• A system-generated payment acknowledgment / receipt shall be issued.
• Applicants are advised to retain the receipt for future reference and administrative purposes.

All payments made through this portal are subject to verification and approval by the competent authority of Ramnagar-I Block Administration.
