TRANSPARENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all users availing septic tank cleaning services through the official online portal under the FSTP (Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant) Project within the jurisdiction of Ramnagar-I Block, Government of West Bengal. By accessing and using this portal, the applicant agrees to abide by the following transparent service conditions.

Service Applicability

• The services offered through this portal are limited to septic tank desludging and sanitation-related activities within the notified service area of Ramnagar-I Block.
• All service requests are subject to administrative approval and availability of operational resources.

User Obligations

Applicants shall:

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
• Ensure accessibility to the septic tank at the scheduled time of service.
• Cooperate with authorized service personnel during execution of cleaning services.

Submission of false or misleading information may result in cancellation of the service request.

Pricing Transparency

• All applicable charges for septic tank cleaning services shall be displayed on the portal prior to payment.
• The total payable amount may include service charge, transportation cost, operational charges, and applicable administrative fees.
• No additional charges shall be collected from the applicant beyond the amount displayed and paid through the portal.

Payment Terms

• Payments must be made only through the official online payment system integrated with the portal.
• Upon successful payment, a system-generated receipt shall be issued to the applicant.
• Applicants are advised to retain the payment acknowledgment for future reference.

Service Delivery

• Service shall be provided as per the scheduled date approved by the concerned authority.
• The timeline for service delivery may vary depending on logistical feasibility, administrative approval, and field conditions.
